We have a principle that we are hiring for virtue first.
I have hired people with similar “black” marks. Not only did HR support it, but our more hippie dippy do managers accepted it.
One came to me “If I hired an ANTIFA person, what would you do?” IF they follow our culture, drive the culture, and build the team I don’t care.
We have some “blue” team members going slowly purple as they see the culture work.
Same thing with NHS. Fight a Gramsci. In two generations if you can’t change it, burn it down.
Abolish government schools. Privatize the education business entirely.
I worked in two companys where the ownership were leftists....I cringed when we had to request donations to clients as part of our job, to green energy and other leftist agendas. There should be laws if you don’t want to participate you don’t have to at the very least.
I was actually hammered by Management for not donating to Untied Way....
Not donating to United Way came up in my review.
I pulled out my tax return and a short break down of how UA spends the donations and that I was giving more by giving directly
