If that happens then President Trump should round up EVERY illegal in the country and fly them ALL to Hawaii.
Then order the Air Force and Navy to blockade that state in toto.

Not bad! I would suggest Puerto Rico as an alternative. That way, when the resettlement is completed, grant them independence and be done with it.
