I hate politicians. They hold back man’s progress for selfish reason’s.
As someone who despised May when she was Home minister, I see what she is doing as PM as nothing more than a continuation. it’s her character
Stupid - possibly. Actually highly, highly probable.
Malicious, stubborn and egotistical - yes, yes and yes.
May’s problem is that she has zero creativity and she is exactly like Maduro in the sense that she was promoted way beyond her capabilities and now she has a paranoia complex and just wants to survive each day.
She should resign. The problem is who will replace her? And will that be any improvement?
let’s see - within the Tory party there are Angela Leadstrom, BoJo, Gove and Rees-Mogg. Rees-mogg is not supported by anything like a majority. BoJo and Gove will stab each other in the back. Leadstrom has a chance to win
But the seat numbers are against them. They can either
1. Declare no-deal and crash out - then they’ll lose the 48% of the vote permanently and many of the 52%. The Tory party will be unelectable for decades
2. Cancel Brexit - then they lose most of the 48% and they’ve lost most of the 52% already. Tory party disintegrates
3. Continue delaying - again they lose
It’s a lose-lose-lose option for the Tories.
Another option is to declare a General Election. Most likely Corbyn will win and implement a version of May’s plan.
the Tories are dead in the water no matter what.
Oh and Farage is no white knight - he’ll never want to take up a job that has any real responsibility
