POTUS’s 17th letter auxiliary has called out the following corruption cycle (just one of many):

1. Taxpayers pay $$$ to IRS ===> US Treasury
2. Congress allocates (votes) Treasury $$$ to fund PP
3. PP donates a portion of govt funds to select members of Congress
4. Select members lead Congress to repeat step 2 above.

It’s pay-to-play using taxpayer money.
