I was aiming at two things: First, China cheats on every agreement when it is in its self-interest. And, second, Obama tried to make us subject to a treaty which was not a treaty (never presented to the Senate) which was very much against our self-interest and highly favorable to the Chinese. So, whatever they do, they don’t have to break it because they are exempt!
Yeah. For that the Clinton gang should be executed.
