Got to love the hubris of Mueller dictating to Congress he won’t testify after a $35 million investigation.
How about we tell Mueller: "There is no conclusive evidence to prevent us from not knowing if no one is about to slap you with a white glove, but we will leave it to others to confirm or deny the non-reality of such a thing."
