Former prosecutors say Mueller statement violated American Bar Association rule
The World Tribune ^ | 05-30-2019

His final report and a statement on May 29 by Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller surrounded a key finding of “no Trump-Moscow conspiracy” with innuendo and loaded language, news analysts and prosecutors said.

Rule 3.8(f) of the American Bar Association’s rules of professional conduct states: “The prosecutor in a criminal case shall … refrain from making extrajudicial comments that have a substantial likelihood of heightening public condemnation of the accused.”

Prosecutors and pundits alike said Robert Mueller shredded that rule at his May 29 press conference.

“I’d have been crucified under this rule for a ‘not innocent’ comment about an uncharged party,” a former federal prosecutor told The Federalist. “I literally cannot fathom holding a press conference to say that an uncharged person was not innocent.”

The Federalist reported that “multiple federal agents and prosecutors” expressed dismay at the former FBI director’s statement.

All you need to know about Mueller’s “ethics” is that he knowing worked to keep 4 innocent men in jail for a murder they didn’t commit.

If he violated, then the Bar should do something about it! But most likely they won’t touch it!

So, he broke an administrative rule. He’s retired and will be treated like a conquering hero, by the Left and Never Trumpers, everywhere he goes. He does not care.

Now, drag his bony ass into a room, strap him to a table, put a towel over his mouth and turn on the water, I’m sure you’ll get a bit more out of him.

Comey is a lawyer. Did this guy have anything to say about Comey’s claim of the Cankle’s innocence as the investigator rather than the prosecutor?

Rules for thee but not for all us treasonous bastards!

All that phony crap they threw at President Trump if it causes them fits of boomerang turbulence then so be it.

And he was the head of the FBI at one time. But that is the type of individual the American People want to have the rule over them.

"“The prosecutor in a criminal case shall … refrain from making extrajudicial comments that have a substantial likelihood of heightening public condemnation of the accused.”

So, let me guess. This all depends on what the meaning of "SHALL" is, and anyone who violates that "SHALL" will find “multiple federal agents and prosecutors” expressing dismay towards them, and will presumably cry about it all the way to the bank.

So what? If no one in a position of authority does anything about it, so what? One must hold psychopaths (like this criminal mueller) to account with no quarter given.

All while claiming that he was trying to be fair. Mueller behaved in an incredibly improper manner in front of the whole country. It takes a lot of arrogance and a misguided sense of propriety to do something like that.

I shouldn’t say anything other than what is in my 400 page report and now I will say some things other than what is in my 400 page report.

“He’s retired and will be treated like a conquering hero...”

Actually, Mueller sees the writing on the wall. He exited short of holding the title of conquering.

His exit was vindictive and stupid. It will be seen for what it is when the full light of truth descends on the Russia Collusion Hoax and the Mueller investigation scam.

He can see it all coming apart. All he could do was alleviate the pressure and publicly say he won’t testify. If he did, it would be worse. The guy is not an idiot.

He was in on it. #FailedCoup

Since Mueller had been the FBI director in the past and a DC resident for years, why did he join a Trump Golf Club very far away from his home?He had to know joining and paying the membership fee was not a good idea. There are many clubs closer to his home but he picked a Trump Club very far away for a reason. It wouldn’t be close to friends. It seems very deliberate to me.

I truly, truly hope that you are 1000000000000% correct. I just don’t get the warm and fuzzy. I think that the corruption runs too deep. Short of the citizens showing up there is the same way they did at the Battle of Athens, I just don’t see it happening.

I think the President knows far, far more than he is letting on, perhaps, everything. I think Adm Rogers clued him in on info. I have to believe that there are some patriots in those agencies that know how to get him information. And I firmly believe that if there was anything really crazy on Weiner’s laptop, he has it. But, these people have so much to lose. They could lose everything and take a lot of people with them. You and I don’t care. We want to see accountability, no matter who was part of it.

Personally, I think Mueller was nothing but a figurehead. It was all the other hitmen & hitwomen, from the Dem’s, that were doing everything and maybe he got a phone call or email once in a while.

And he was definitely in on it.
