Considering that rabies is basically untreatable/100% fatal when symptoms appear, I couldn’t imagine this.
While campers point out that a tent wall is thin protection from a bear, it should stop you from being bitten by a rabid animal - or at least you’d know it happened. This alone would stop me from ever sleeping “under the stars” in the woods...
