The transcript indicates no such thing - if it HAD, that lawyer WOULD have been indicted by Mueller.
It may show? If it was worth a crap and hod even a micron of truth, 1. CNN wouldn’t be reporting it, 2. Trump would have already been a civilian.

Total BS. Counsel to counsel discussions. Flynn had a lawyer and he could talk to whoever his client expressly or by implication from his retainer allowed him to do. The fact it was through counsel made it even more appropriate. CNN sh#t meter on high.

They were under a joint defense agreement that Flynn’s team did not formally pull out of until he reached a deal with Mueller.
Typical of the media. They rely on ignorance of something and them shoot their drive by bullets. By the time this gets to people debunking if, they are on to the next fake hit piece.
The left define ‘justice’ as that which favors them. Therefore, any action that doesn’t favor them is ‘obstruction of justice’.
Communications between attorneys in this instance is not obstruction.
