I’m from a farm family and remember the bracero program. The solution is to “fix” Mexico.
Nothing short of an invasion and conquest destroying “La mordida” and the Patron culture will stop this.

I fear that you are CORRECT.
An invasion isn’t going to happen, absent a revolution in Mexico that brings the entire society of Mexico crashing down.
