I always drive Mondays into downtown L.A. to our post production facility and FYI: don’t.
The city/LAPD close off San pedro / San Julian streets and surrounding Skid Row blocks to CLEAN, complete with HAZMAT suits just to drain the blocked crap in the sewer systems every 830 am.
Central Division has TWO LAPD buildings and one of them is on Skid Row. I’m almost sure more than a few officers got infected and its gonna get worse come the hot summer..
There is no good reason why the city of Los Angeles can’t maintain clean and safe streets.
This has been going on for decades.
Trash is piled curb high even in areas where there are not homeless.
The city government is totally incompetent.

Wow. This shows that if a few large metro areas lose power and garbage piles up in a few weeks, an epidemic would probably arise from poor conditions alone.
A hack of a few grids and terrorist cells could do that.

I drive through Obama Row from Alameda to Main st on 6th,7th,8th... I mix it up. every 2-3 months for work, it is a sight to be seen and pictures don’t do it justice.
I have acquaintances who have shops in the Fabric district. It’s not a joke why everyone closes at 5 PM and gets out of there...

Plans calling for open extermination of humans would not stay “top secret” for very long these days.
I would imagine it is written into the protocol as quarantining sick people into camps and cremating the diseased bodies. Exactly like the Nazi’s official documents. All neat and tidy on the surface...
