The city/LAPD close off San pedro / San Julian streets and surrounding Skid Row blocks to CLEAN, complete with HAZMAT suits just to drain the blocked crap in the sewer systems every 830 am.
Central Division has TWO LAPD buildings and one of them is on Skid Row. I’m almost sure more than a few officers got infected and its gonna get worse come the hot summer..
