He alludes to “liberal laws” but what is the alternative? Jailing them is the same as giving them food/shelter but several times more expensive due to security. These people already live in the streets with rats/feces and couldn’t care less about being in jail. Many even like jail because it’s safer than sleeping in many shelters.
And if they stay homeless after release, what then? Jail again? Execute them?
Let ‘em serve as a constant reminder that elections have consequences.
I’ll bet there are top secret CDC instructions that may call for just that if the situation warrants it. After all what other choice do you have?
