However, if it is now positively shown that the Mexican Government can not provide the necessary control, then Trump has a clear path to go after the cartels.
The cartels are in point of fact the undeclared enemy. Killing them off will be a great service to both America and Mexico. The situation is not a law enforcement problem. The DEA has failed. Outright shooting and killing war is the only solution. Women are not innocents. Children? perhaps not unless they live in the walled areas
