In a truly Diverse world there would be Italians in Italy, English in England, Irish in Ireland, Nigerians in Nigeria, Indians in India, Russians in Russia, French in France, Swedish in Sweden, Poles in Poland, Hungarians in Hungary, Chinese in China, Japanese in Japan, Icelanders in Iceland, Germans in Germany, etc. etc.

Homogenization of all cultures and nations is not diversity. It's actually a loss of diversity.

So True, you mix all the colors and you get black or mud brown. You also lose uniqueness and diversity when you mix all the cultures.
