The SC is the only Judicial institution created by the Constitution. Membership on the SC is defined in the Constitution. The rest of the court system is created by Congress and administrated by the SC. There is no legal procedure available by the Executive or the Legislative branch to cycle judges from the SC to lower courts. Bernie is a mega twit.
He did and couldn’t get away with that either.
Rotating justices off the Supreme Court is not an option under the Constitution.
Wish we had held onto that.
I’d rotate Chief Obama Justice Roberts to traffic court.
Well, I’m sure the President can nominate a sitting SC justice for another court if he wanted, but that justice would have to accept the nomination or it couldn’t go anywhere.
The only way to remove a justice against their wishes is impeachment.
Let me refer to my pocket Constitution right in front of me...rotation, rotation, rotation... Nope, not there. You would think a sitting senator would at least know a little bit of our founding documents. Then again, rules are optional for them.

The Constitution states that Justices “shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour.” This means that the Justices hold office as long as they choose and can only be removed from office by impeachment. Article III.
Socialism will be blocked by the Constitution in numerous areas. This is why socialism can’t work in this country.
