Pandering to liberals worked for the press, newspapers, magazines, and CNN... why wouldn't it work for Nike? /s
(Every sector of the economy is growing - EXCEPT 'the press' (newspapers, magazines, liberal networks etc) - - they're suffering from an economic depression of their own making. May Nike -- in their insanity - join them soon...)
Nike may be better insulated than entities like CNN, because there are always successful players who will leverage some social cause so they can virtue signal themselves into thinking they count in a way that won't work for CNN because...people like a winner, not a last place media outlet!
A lot of people will see a successful SJW athlete wearing a Nike logo and buy it because that athlete is wearing it, but it doesn't work the same in other arenas...
