It all about you isn’t it?
I’m in Arizona. We’ll get by without them.
Easy for you to say.
Wondering how far you would go to sell your soul for those 500 jobs.
I certainly understand your point and this is the political angle. But politicians have a reputation for a reason and it is not a good one.
I guess that it would be foolish to turn those jobs away but sometimes you have to stand up against what is wrong.
“Easy for the governor to throw away 500 good paying jobs with benefits. Nobody in his family needs a crumby job like that.”
We HAVE jobs in Arizona. Can’t say what it is like in Virginia, but here in Arizona? We don’t need Nike. Or people like you.
The more jobs the more wages go up he more wages go up the less likely socialists will get elected. It’s called supply and demand. Manufacturing jobs are a double bonus because each manufacturing job creates real wealth plus 2 more service jobs.
Yes, all those high paying jobs in Northern Virginia sure have brought in a lot of Bible-thumping, constitutionalist conservatives, haven’t they? Fairfax County, Arlington and Alexandria are awash in high tech/high pay jobs and they are so darned “conservative” they alone have flipped the state stinkin’ blue.
Amazon is NOT a manufacturing company, it is a distribution engine for China, Inc.
I see no sign anyone in Virginia can lecture anyone else on how to avoid socialism. There are plenty of help wanted signs around here.
I also think liberty doesn’t come from grovelling to socialists and/or racists.
Bravo. Its long past time these fn companies got some blowback for bowing to these leftist a-holes.
I love our Governor Ducey!!!! Wheeeeee!!!!!
New Balance, and I’ve been enjoying Skechers, too. They’re #3 in the world now, with 11,800 employees worldwide. And they never heard of Colon Cramperdick.
Arizona! My next vacation destination. Any tips on where to find info?
I love my Skechers. First time I put them on they felt comfortable, didn’t have to break them in.
Do NOT come in the sipummer unless you are going to Northern Arizona. Phoenix is beautiful 8 months out of the year but the bill comes due in the summer.
Speaking of “worn by losers.” The market for shoe/clothing contracts for college sports teams is large and very competitive. Are either U Arizona or Arizona State Nike schools? Now I’m certain nearly all college administrators would be happy with Nike, but in many states there is a Board of Regents, which may politically be quite different, with oversight or override power. Push the Regents to find ways out of those contracts and potential Nike replacements will come running. Replace the Nike swoosh on all the conservative states’ school t-shirts, hats, etc. and there would be a significant dip in Nike’s income as well as in their incidental advertising.

“I also think liberty doesnt come from grovelling to socialists and/or racists.”
Perfect! And I live in VA, the central part.
Thats a disingenuous analysis. At best.
