If the Kenyanesian Usurper could remove the question, then a Constitutional President should be able to put it back.
If we still have any Constitution, that is.
Obama didn’t remove the question, it was removed in 1950. Before Obama was even born.
I had to look this up a few days ago because I couldn’t remember the time frame.
The question of citizenship was first used in 1820, dropped in 1950. It is still used in the yearly American Community Survey.
