The efforts of the Soviet Union to place communist moles placed in positions of influence (schools, media, entertainment) are now becoming very evident. The trajectory of the growth of Soviet influence is much like a bacterial growth curve: during many decades, the effects were imperceptible, even as those susceptible to Soviet influence were becoming greater in number. But the growth continued: it almost looks like it has reached the linear phase.
The survival of the US is dependent on how many people are actually psychologically susceptible to the propaganda techniques of the Soviets and their protégés. It seems that a distressingly high number of people absorb that kind of propaganda.
Indeed.
Propaganda has always been their preferred weapon.
