I think there were deep state lawyers doing the legal brief to SC and they on purpose gave weak argument for having the question on census. Thus the request to change lawyers after Roberts instructions to present a better reason/argument. Then another Judge said no you can’t change lawyers. Then Trump says he will do EO, but we all know that another Judge will stop that.
Let’s be honest, our party just isn’t very good at aruing, defending, legal issues and the left has way too many judges in their court/pocket that will just strike down anything from our party.
