non citizens are mostly counted every 10 years. (EXcept for diplomats etc) The resulting reapportionment is not being missing their influence.

Of course just about everyone else on FR think this is a huge win or are to scared to state the facts against the masses.
PDJT should be continuing the fight to get the question on the census.
