They are qualified on paper but not in reality.
The White Males just get more work to do, due to the “new hires” incompetence. There are some really good minority workers, but they are not near the majority.
Yes, I see the same; they’ve created a two-tiered system for diplomas/degrees/certificates - those in the hands of “unprotected” people (white & Asian males), and those in the hands of anyone else. The latter are suspect until proven otherwise; the elites are bending over backwards to fill quotas/maintain a façade of an equally-qualified diverse workforce.
