Agreed. There is no reason PR shouldn’t be the gem of the Caribbean. Well, no reason except the Democratic Party and the SEIU - yes, the communist state employees union, which is very powerful there through its various affiliates, got rid of a good, reformist GOP Governor they had there about 10-12 years ago, and has kept the island bankrupt and dysfunctional.

But, they got the typical inbred, corrupt, rat governance typical for third-world islands.
