The First Amendment gives us free speech, but that does not mean that you can say things that is hurt full, you wouldn’t want anyone to say things to you that’s hurt full to you. So the best thing is to use your brain and think it over what you are about to say.

The first amendment there precisely for saying things someone doesn’t want said. Popular speech and careful speech don’t need protection.

Exactly how we ended up with the Kenyan from Indonesia usurping the Presidency.
Nobody wanted to hurt his feelings (or other ineligibles) by telling him he was ineligible.
