No kidding it’s hot, we’ve been in the mid-nineties since the weekend with high humidity and heat index over a hundred here in northwestern NC. Eastern NC has crossed over into dangerous territory, with actual temps nearing a hundred and heat index of 105 and high humidity. Profuse sweating to the point of electrolyte imbalance and fainting is a very real possibility as is heatstroke.
