Apparently, she also illegally filed at least one joint income tax return with her “real” husband (with whom she has three children), during the period when she was legally married to the man believed to be her biological brother (for the purposes of immigration fraud).
So there are apparently additional (easily documented) tax crime charges that she could face.

According to Steinberg’s report Omar filed her divorce from her brother claiming she did not know where her “husband” was located. This allowed her to get a legal divorce from him without him involved in the filing.
