That kid’s going to have a fun childhood being raised by a mom that wishes he was dead.
She’s a Polish immigrant to the UK. Apparently, she refused the Down’s test due to a risk of miscarriage (2%), according to her records, and doesn’t remember saying no. This has been floating around for a bit now.
Truly sad. That poor boy.
Think how this must make the boy feel.

Today while going about my business a saw a young lady with the condition out with her mom running errands.
This U.K. egg donor / incubator (seems poor to call her a mother in light of this) needs repentance badly. Instead she’ll probably get psychiatric treatment or self help leading to sheltering her, coddling the selfishness she is exhibiting.
Take the child away. Give him to a family where he will be loved and his life will be cherished.
Good grief. “Wrongful Birth”? Moot Court issues from a quarter century ago are coming to real life. Sickening.
We have one who works as a bagger at our local grocery store.
Pleasant enough guy, careful with our groceries. He chose to work. Props on him.

More than just your local grocery. It is a nationwide effort among some major chains to hire people with certain afflictions like Down's Syndrome.
I'm sure that they also get some kind of tax incentive to do so, but that seems like a win/win situation for everyone.
Also noticed that the new MARKETING technique being pushed to brick and mortar stores is to mix up the product locations so that you are forced to go through every isle trying to find the exact product you are looking for.
