If planned parenthood wants to be seen as less racist, they need more outreach to pregnant white girls. Maybe more branches in heavily white neighborhoods. Maybe tv ads aimed at white girls who have unprotected sex. Maybe special deals for underserved Caucasian areas.
Otherwise they need to explain why they only focus on black customers. How many of the black population have they “neutralized?” Are they to blame for African American being a minority?
