What if a commercial airline pilot said he couldn’t fly the plane while talking on the radio? Gimme a break.
That is not an accurate analogy. This is more accurate. What if an airline pilot was on the radio talking about people shooting lasers at other planes from the ground. While on the radio, he missed a procedure that caused the airplane to crash.
He should have been sharper than that but it is not criminal and you don't want to live in a world where it is 'cause you very easily could next.
