It was the other way around. Gay Cuban Democrat tells Lawmaker lady to go back.

Thomas’ attorney, Gerald Griggs, said the officer’s report shows the case needs additional investigation ... what is the charge? I hope Publix has their lawyers and actuaries working hard to figure out a settlement for lawmaker lady. The suit will say that Publix failed to provide a safe grocery store environment and intervene quick enough and now lawmaker lady can’t sleep, has anxiety attacks and is afraid to walk down the vegetable aisle. Gimme $10 million.

Another thing that I haven’t seen addressed or asked is, has anyone asked her why she thought she could cut the line like that?

Didn't the article say that she was the one that told the male customer (Sparks) to "go back where you came from"?

Per the article: A Publix employee told a Cobb County officer that she witnessed part of the conversation and heard Thomas “continuously tell Eric Sparkes to ‘Go back where you came from!’” but did not hear Sparkes utter those words to Thomas.

Your scenario doesn't work because she just took her own words and attributed them to Sparkes for publicity. He should sue the pants off her!
