Get this through your heads people, "the Russians" are not our friends, not our allies. We have occasionally worked together on limited scope endeavors when our interests were aligned. But they are fundamentally our competition, period. So of course they are messing with us in any and every way they can, over or covert, "legal" (internationally acceptable) or not.
