When are the Democrats going to quit playing the race card on every criticism in order to dodge the criticism? How about they try to answer the question for once. Baltimore is a cesspool and Cummings needs to stand up and explain why he has been so ineffectual for so long at addressing those problems. The mayors need to be brought to the front by the scruff of the neck and explain why they haven't done anything to solve the problems. Indeed, do they even have a plan?
