Because they have NO SKIN in the GAME, they don't take care of what is GIVEN to them FREE.....TAXPAYERS PAID HOUSING, HEALTH CARE, EDUCATION (as pitiful as it is), FOOD, etc. They pay NO FEDERAL TAXES, and most probably GET MONEY from us!!
