There is no curse on the Kennedy family. However it should be understood that “philanthropy” and political posturing can never create fulfillment in a person who has embraced decadence and hedonism. This young person had a troubled life as do many children of divorce. She attended Boston College. This institution is just another valueless “Catholic” shell. If she had attended fifty years age perhaps devout, purposeful Jesuits ( who no longer for the most part exist) might have given her a philosophical and moral perspective to her life. However at today’s Boston College she joined the “College Democrats” and died from an overdose. Sadly much of America has avidly embraced decadence and hedonism. The Church, which was once a moral beacon of counter culturalism, has been itself permeated by vile criminal homosexual predators and is simply now a sad place.Places like Boston College are morally vapid.

Exactly. Curse? As Shakespeare said, the fault is not in our stars but in ourselves. The Kennedys are, for the most part, a bad lot. Old Joe made a lot of money, and he parlayed that fortune into political careers for his sons (which they used to do untold damage to the nation, especially Teddy’s immigration ‘reform’). The rest of the clan has had countless problems associated with spoiled, reckless people doing spoiled reckless things.
