It is TIME to scrutinize anyone with these clear symptoms and have a place for them to be rehabbed or at least attempt to. It is cruel to them and dangerous for us to leave them alone.
Freedom is for the over 18 and fully sane and competent. It’s not freedom for the rest.
It is the American duty of the free, whole-bodied to care for those who cannot. We need to provide decent institutions, villages, for those who cannot yet (if ever) function among us, and can’t be cared for by families.
