Is there a law against ‘making lists’? His classmates likely rightly remember that he was a bit ‘off’ and probably talked about those crossed him and those he found attractive were on some ‘lists’ he had. I don’t think he’s going to jail for something like that. He may be referred to a counselor, who may, if he or she thinks it’s serious pass the word on.

I had a jr high student who was an odd lad, whose parents gave him lots of guns to mess with and who ‘made lists’. Of course we passed the word. He was in counseling, but he also was in school. At some point he was diagnosed as having Oppositional Defiance Disorder (ODD) and thus the school had to jump through extra hoops to discipline him for anything. We were all afraid that he would show up with his AR-15—yes, he had one—and shoot up the school. He still may sometime.

As far as I am aware, he’s not been arrested, has no record, and if he has the money can legally buy a gun anywhere.
