No. Judges have something called absolute immunity for official acts. Exceptions to this are rare, such as the judge who was taking innocent kids away and sending them to juvie for a kickback (Pennsylvania). "Kids for Cash."
The only reason they were punished was to save face. If the wrongs hadn't been widely known, there would not have been any corrective action. Anyway, this case is the ONLY exception I know of where a judge was accountable.

The money quote starts at 1:10 in the video from an astounded Senator Whitehouse.
“May I ask a question of counsel?
You have offered this witness to the Senate committee as a credible witness?”
For you see, Judge Bodenheimer had been convicted and had just served three years in jail.
