And you’re right. Phony “news” propaganda is on all the radio stations including ones on in restaurants, coffee shops and stores that don’t have muzak loops of instrumentals of Wayne Newton superhits.

One line I heard as the day started a couple of weeks ago:”He used to be close friends of Donald J. Trump and top celebrities but now he’s in trouble again for pedophilia charges.” C’mon. Bill Clinton flew 26 times to the dirty island hideaway. DJT simply said “A nice guy....”

I have heard he’s using this to expose the left. "He threw it out there to meet half way knowing that they would not agree to it and yet with no intention of actually doing it. He did something similar with border control and the wall. They hate him with a passion and will oppose him just on principle, even if he gave them everything they wanted. Time will tell. Otherwise, you are right and this country is toast."

Yes but if the dems are using their heads for once they just might call his bluff and put a bill on his desk knowing if he signs it he's toast come election day.

I remember when Bush was faced with campaign finance reform that would clearly give the dems a huge advantage but it was said to surely be unconstitutional and would be thrown out by scotus so bush signed the bill counting on scotus to throw it out. Bush learned the hard way, never trust the courts to fix bad law.

The President, if this is his strategy, is tempting fate big time.

That being said I do not believe that is what he is doing. I believe he is in favor of Red Flag laws. He for some reason has trust that it won't be abused.

Someone needs to get his head straight with the red flag lunacy. Red flag laws bypass every protection provided by the bill of rights and our Constitution. If we pass red flag laws on a national level we have completely abandoned the Constitution and the republic is dead.
