Gov needs to force each major (1 million+ users)social media entity to publish it’s terms of service and then if some social media entity (say twitter) violates it’s own term of service they can then be sued by the victim in a special court(s) designed specifically to monitor social media.
problem solved.
Just revoke all their patents, copyrights, and intellectual property. Then they’ll be more concerned with emerging competition.
