The media coverage is becoming a dull buzz in my head like tinnitus that just doesn't quite go away.

"Gun safety." That's the new way of slanting this. Yes, let's tilt at the "gun safety" windmill, because the "gun control" windmill doesn't turn. Yet when we propose national reciprocity or mental health reforms, there's a dull thud in the room as the left's collective jaws hit the floor.

They don't want to address the real problem. They never do, and I'm really tired of the wall-to-wall media coverage every damn time these events happen. The media is feeding this beast. They bear the burden and the responsibility.

Since when are guns “unsafe”, you politician nitwits? Guns are inanimate objects. It is that some lunatics and other unstable idiots misuse and abuse guns. Using the logic that comes from their clogged brains, I guess you could say that sulphuric acid is “unsafe”. Given that it is unsafe...don’t drink it. Stop abusing guns NOW!!!

Prevent all ‘rats from owning guns.

Especially antifa and muzzie 18 to 30 y.o. types.

That would go a long way.

Dear Senate,

Here you go...

ALWAYS Keep The Gun Pointed In A Safe Direction
ALWAYS Keep Your Finger Off The Trigger Until Ready To Shoot
ALWAYS Keep The Gun Unloaded Until Ready To Use

Your welcome.

Amazing how they can’t stay and work on the nation’s
business but want to go back in session to take away
our rights.

Self declared enemies list of people seeking more power on the bodies of victims often killed by crazies set off by the Democrat and media inflaming every event to turn the US into a centralized authoritarian police state.

Orlando and Tampa’s mayors are among the more than 200 city leaders calling for the Senate to return to the Capitol and act on gun safety legislation...

This is what happens when leftists infiltrate the masses.

Their goal is to totally and completely disarm the American public. This includes knives and any other object that can be construed as a weapon. With the exception of Government Agents/Agencies Have you forgotten all the ammunition ordered by the obama administration for various Government Agencies?

...bipartisan legislation to end gun violence

We're going to legislate so that the non-criminals have no guns and that will stop the violence? Right. /s It will be about as effective as legislating away the use of drugs.

"Now more than ever, we need to work across party lines to find real solutions and make meaningful change,"

Across party lines = proglibs AND RINOs.

Of course that is not really separate parties because that line is pretty blurry.

"Meaningful change" to what?

Destruction of our rights and government's nose a little further into all citizens personal business?

I'm not feeling the excitement...

I am also seeing this trend of "200 city leaders" or "300 scientists" or a lot of doctors "calling for the Senate" or the President to do somthing they want done.

They are all just a pack of proglibs trying to push everyone around to get their way even though most normal American Citizens do not want what they are "calling for" at all.

.

Enforce federal, state and local gun control laws already on the books and introduce safe gun handling education to high schools

And you’re pretty much good to go

The only way gun safety will work is if the gov’t assigns an FBI agent to each and every gun owner to ensure they don’t use their guns inappropriately.

Jane Castor, the mayor of Tampa, should know that guns in the hands of criminals are unsafe, as she was the Tampa Police Chief. She was also a Republican, but she decided change her party (because of homophobia in the GOP) and run as a Dem. So far, she is ok, but Bob Buckhorn was better. (Personally, I wanted David Straz for mayor).
