The question is whether the GOP is going to support it or whether they are just trying to bait the Dems to support it. I suspect some of the GOP will support it. Maybe enough to pass it. The Dems only need 4 GOP votes.
As you say the Rats only need 4 votes so the real question is will Trump veto it. I hate too say it but I’m betting he won’t. It will give the rats a huge victory going into 20.
Another example of how the GOPe once again snatched defeat from the jaws of victory by not gaining more Senate seats in 2018. They should have gotten at least three more in Arizona, Montana, and West Virginia.
