About 15% if the time Mitch strikes me as really shrewd.
The other 85% of the time he exemplifies what I expect of the leadership of the GOP, which is about what I expect of the Washington Generals (the Harlem Globetrotters perennial opponents).
You pretty much nailed my viewpoint here. I’m no fan of McConnell, but every now and then he pleasantly surprises. I hope this is one of those times.
