I've heard that is a fairly
conservative map of what Greenland would look like if all the icecaps melted.
The sheer weight of all that ice has pushed it below sea level. However, one would have to take core samplings to know for sure.

The ice cap over Greenland is all fresh water. If you could buy the place and figure out a way to affordable melt and monetize all that fresh water...
