This whole thing goes back a year or two when Denmark sent a guy to get some help from the Chinese for some airports.

If they step in to “help” you, they own you.
Several Africa countries are discovering those sweetheart deals where the Chinese “loan” them money to improve their airports and ports (which the Chinese want) are just a back door to be colonized again.
As are the Venezuelans and the Sri Lankans
