Why not CAP wealth at say ten billion. After that, everything over must go to the wealthy guys favorite charity or charities.

Why not give the money back to their lower/mid level employees as stock, raises or bonuses and make the people, and their families, that actually do the work lives better?

Why not just let people keep their own damn money and you go out and make your own?
