Elizabeth Warren tells crowd of 15,000 in Seattle, ‘Nobody gets to stay on the sidelines’
The Seattle Times ^ | August 26, 2019 | David Gutman

Presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren wove details of her personal history — her father’s heart attack, her mother’s minimum wage job, her commuter college — with calls for a radical remaking of America’s economy and political system, as she spoke in Seattle on Sunday to what her staff called the largest crowd of her 7-month-old campaign.

The U.S. senator from Massachusetts described a country that has gone off course. When she was a child and her father got sick, she recalled, her mother was able to take a minimum wage job at Sears that paid the mortgage and put food on the table. When Warren went to college, she said, it cost $50 a semester. Law school was $450 a semester.

“Today, a full-time minimum wage job in America will not keep a mama and a baby out of poverty, that is wrong,” Warren said, underneath the Space Needle, at Seattle Center. “Understand this, that difference is no accident, that difference is who government works for.”

Warren, who is running second or third among nearly two dozen Democratic candidates in polling averages, described a government that works for drug companies, but not people filling prescriptions. A government for investors in private prisons, but not for families torn apart by incarceration. A government that once had two political parties that aimed to address climate change, but now, largely, does not.

Hell, the line to the ladies restroom at a Trump rally had more folks than that!

Zhivago only survived because he was a doctor and therefore was too valuable to kill. A lot of other people didn’t make the grade and got liquidated, including the Czar and his family

I figure it was Seattle’s homeless people. They didn’t have anything else to do and no long lines at the bathrooms. Heck they got all kinds of sidewalks there.

When Warren went to college, she said, it cost $50 a semester. Law school was $450 a semester.

This from the woman who was getting paid almost one half million dollars a year tp teach two courses at Harvard Law. And what is the cost of tuition at Harvard Law?

“The U.S. senator from Massachusetts”
Ahem...she’s not from MA. She may be the MA Senator, but she spent 3 minutes in a debate accusing her opponent of making racist remarks at a campaign appearance in “Bern”. Bern? Where is that? “You know, that town, I think it’s down there near the Cape somewhere...Bern. You know...” -—”Are you talking about Bourne? “ —”I, I don’t know..., is that....” She’s an absolute dolt. A clueless idiot who made 350,000 a year to teach one class at Harvard, practiced law in the state without a license in the state, and on and on...not that being one of us is any great claim to stardom, but she isn’t one of us. She’s from Oklahoma. And she’s not an Indian. See, you’ve gotten me started on Elizabeth Warren. And that isn’t good for anybody.

It might not have been good for me, but that little rant made me smile. I don’t care where the squirrel was when he dropped that nut from the tree. She’s a real dizzy Lizzy.

You can see bigger crowds than that at a student union on any large university campus in the country. The MSM trying real hard to push the 15,000 lie to make it look like Pocahontas has real support out there. Hell, Trump could go to Seattle himself and draw a helluva lot more people than that!

He was a little North of Seattle during the campaign. I took the kid to see the lines of people waiting to get in the venue.

On a nice Summer day I’d expect to see about that many people at the fountain for a local folk or bluegrass act. Besides the casuals there to enjoy the day, I bet there are a lot of WEA and SEIU types who were told to be there or else.

Bernie might draw a crowd here in Seattlestan. Warren, not so much.

Voter fraud does not work well if you cant draw 10% of the opponents crowds. It is critical for the Democtats to find someone, anyone, who can fill a high school auditorium in every state.

Hillary’s designer?

Did Liz mention how she made millions by buying up foreclosed houses and kicking people out? Probably not...
