* Along the lines of this guy's thinking, it stands to reason that Seattle should permanently ban black council members because it brings back memories of racial incidents of the past.* No car or bus transportation as they have hoses. No watering of plants, gardens as you use a hose. No fire department arrivals as they too use a hose. At lease we women rarely wear panty-hose, so guess he forgot that one.

Can’t figure out how to get crap off the sidewalk but are sure they know how to reshape America.
How about a Pay for Poop program ? Sort of like the gun buy back programs that are so succesful with a little bit of recycling thrown in.
How far we have ‘come’ as a country...
When I was a lad, dogs ran free, dropping a load wherever they pleased and since most homes had indoor plumbing etc people tended to ‘go’ indoors or in the woods.
TODAY, people put their dogs on a leash and walk behind them and pick up their offerings while humans dump in public wherever they want and humans can’t figure out what to do with it or how to clean it up.
Time for ‘citizens’ to start rounding up the homeless in the middle of the night and relocate them to the ‘upscale’ neighborhoods and/or outside the gates of the gated communities.
Also cities had flop houses and flea bag dirt cheap hotels and when the ‘urban renewers’ came around and tore down the eyesores etc ALL stood back and played ‘switch’ with their thumbs and wondered where ALL the ‘homeless’ people came from.

Washing crap off the sidewalk into the storm drain is a violation of the Clean Water Act. I would argue, so is taking a dump on the sidewalk.
Call in the EPA to round up the bums.
Besides, how can any self-respecting environmentalist poop?
Don’t they realize what a burden this is on mother nature?

They must first remove the human crap from their city and state government.
Much harder than doing it for streets, though, since the city and state stuff is much stinkier, sticker, and unhealthful.
