One good bullet, and not one man of integrity in the entire military. What a shame.

The commie pillaged a country.

He should rot in a small cell forever.

Giving the thugs a break is bad policy, because it only encourages future dictators - they’ll figure that if they hold on long enough, they’ll get a pass for their monstrous behavior.

The Nazis never got any breaks. And the way they destroyed a prosperous country, let Maduro and his band of thugs get treated just the same.

If this is accurate, it would be a brilliant strategy by President Trump.

Look for the State Department to be shopping for a Miami home for Mr. Maduro.

Oh yeah, just like Julian Assange could leave the embassy. Rule of law is dead in the United States. On our way home, a president might change his mind, a special prosecutor could be appointed, a new Administration comes in.

What makes this guy worse than the rulers of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey or half the countries of Africa?

Why is it our business to intervene and regime-change in Venezuela?

What happened to fix America First? We still haven’t seen the infrastructure renewal that Trump promised, let alone new wall across the border.

I DONT CARE ABOUT VENEZUELA! I care about keeping our own borders secure, and fixing America’s problems.

This has to come from the President, not some faction in the State Department. Abrams is just the messenger.

If Maduro accepts the offer then Venezuela starts recovering sooner. If he refuses he had his chance.

*** despite bringing his country to the verge of economic collapse and humanitarian disaster. ***

I thought the US sanctions which we’ve ratcheted up since around 2014 have harmed Venezuela. Sanctions on medications, freezing assets, stealing assets- That was us, not Maduro.
