No. We have a two-tiered justice system. General Flynn, George Papadoupolis and Roger Stone get railroaded while James Comey, Lois Lerner and Hillary Clinton skate.
Say what you will about the repugnant Mueller or his chained attack dog Wiseman, they had no fear charging anyone, unlike Barr. They had no compunction against even using made evidence to do so.

Many have pointed out and I agree that this initial decision is not a disaster.
This was the first in a series of reports and the most minor as this was mainly a violation of DOJ policy although there were, in fact, a few violations of 18USC. It mainly focused on leaking information, some classified, to an unauthorized person(s).
The big one against Comey is coming next. Defrauding the FISA Court by signing off on 3 or 4 FISA applications that contained information (the phony dossier) which Comey knew was unverified, and withholding exculpatory evidence which would have cleared Carter Page. This resulted in the FISA court issuing warrants to allow the FBI to spy on the Trump campaign.
If Comey, and others, are not prosecuted for the FISA related violations, then we truly live in a banana republic.
